Hewlett Packard Co. in Spring, Texas, is seeking a US-based post-sales Technical Customer Success Expert to help customers implement HP software solutions with a focus on DEX and endpoint security. The role requires strong Windows endpoint knowledge, Azure and Intune experience, and service delivery expertise.

You will train partners and customers, manage escalations, and ensure HP products integrate with existing environments while driving value from the HP Digital Solutions portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer/engineering field.
• 8+ years in deploying and supporting Enterprise IT systems.
• Experience with Windows endpoints, Azure, Intune, and endpoint management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as post-sales HP Digital Solutions expert to customers.
• Help implement and integrate HP software solutions in the customer environment.
• Ensure HP products are integrated with customer tool sets and drive adoption.
• Provide technical training and escalation support, coordinating with product and engineering teams.
• Document activity in the CRM and communicate customer value metrics.
