HP's Digital Solutions team seeks a USA-based Technical Support Engineer to support HP's software solutions with a focus on DEX and endpoint security. You will own technical issues through resolution, collaborate with global engineering teams, and communicate clearly with customers.

The role requires 5+ years in technical support, professional English, Windows endpoint experience, and familiarity with Intune and SCCM. HP offers a competitive pay range, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

5+ years of experience in technical support or similar roles.
Experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Windows endpoints.
Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Intune and SCCM.
Knowledge of ITSM tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
Excellent communication and customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilidades

Provide advanced technical support to HP's customers and collaborate with global teams in English.
Act as a primary technical contact for customers in the USA, ensuring high-quality communication and customer satisfaction.
Communicate technical issues, requirements, and resolutions between customers and global engineering teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by understanding customer environments.
Create documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in on-call rotation for critical issues.
Drive continuous improvement in support processes and customer experience.
