Job summary

HP’s Digital Solutions team is seeking a US-based post-sales Customer Success Specialist to help customers implement HP’s software solutions, focusing on DEX and endpoint security. The role requires strong knowledge of Windows endpoints, Azure, Intune, and service delivery, with up to 25% travel.

You will act as the post-sales expert, deliver training, manage escalations, and ensure value realization for customers. A Bachelor's in a relevant field and 5+ years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in developing, implementing, managing, and sustaining Enterprise IT systems.
• Experience with Windows endpoint operating systems and endpoint management.
• Service delivery involving endpoint solutions.
• Endpoint solution architecture and management.
• Customer-facing roles supporting software-based services and customer success.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer’s post-sales HP Digital Solutions expert.
• Assist customer in implementing and integrating HP software solutions within the customer’s environment.
• Work to ensure HP products are properly integrated with existing customer tool sets.
• Be the customer’s voice internally, airing feature requests and concerns to solution.
• Establish a regular cadence with customers to ensure they are getting full value from HP software investment.
• Deliver product training to partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical management & escalation within accounts, coordinating with product and engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering technical documentation and information to customers.
• Document customer activity within the CRM.
