Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced Technical Architect to lead Enterprise integrations across Slack and Salesforce ecosystems. You will own architecture and hands-on build, translating requirements into scalable, secure solutions for Enterprise customers.

You will design, implement, and validate integrations with Salesforce clouds, Slack APIs, and third‑party systems, and guide teams through architecture decisions, governance, and post‑launch support.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in technical architecture, integration engineering, or hands-on consulting.
• Hands-on experience building integrations on collaboration/workflow or CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Slack (Workflow Builder, Slack AI, admin APIs) and Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
• Experience with API-based architectures and integration patterns (REST, webhooks, MuleSoft).
• Coding skills in JavaScript/Node, Apex, Python for builds and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and hands-on build for Enterprise engagements.
• Design and build integrations between Slack and Salesforce products and third-party systems.
• Configure and extend Slack capabilities to meet customer requirements.
• Partner with Solution Designers and Delivery Managers to validate feasibility and scope.
• Produce architecture diagrams and integration specs for long-term maintainability.
• Lead technical workshops and guide trade-off decisions with customer teams.
• Ensure security, governance, and scalability across Slack and Salesforce platforms.
• Support post-launch technical adoption and platform health checks.
• Develop reusable technical patterns and AI-native tooling to improve delivery efficiency across engagements.
