Job summary

Appnovation Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Architect (Director level) to shape the division's technical strategy and oversee the architecture across global initiatives. You will translate business priorities into actionable target architectures and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, blending hands-on delivery with strategic vision.

Qualifications

Deep hands-on technical expertise in modern engineering practices, cloud platforms, data and integration patterns, APIs, security, and reliability.
Experience defining technical strategy, architecture, or technical landscape for significant business areas or technology domains.
Experience acting as a technical advisor or design authority, guiding teams through influence rather than authority.
Experience partnering with business and Digital stakeholders to shape technical direction and measurable outcomes.
Advanced degree in technology, engineering, or related discipline (preferred).

Responsibilities

Create and maintain the division's technical strategy and target-state architecture.
Own the division’s technical landscape and reference architectures, ensuring sound, scalable decisions.
Represent the division in the Architecture Review Board and guide architecture decisions.
Ensure divisional technology aligns with enterprise platforms and standards.
Define AI-enabled delivery practices to accelerate speed, quality, and governance.
Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams and raise standards.
