Job summary

Appnovation seeks an experienced Senior Technical Architect to lead the division's technical strategy and oversee architecture for global programs. You will translate business priorities into a modern, scalable target architecture while guiding delivery teams and embedding forward-deployed engineering excellence.

You will drive collaboration with enterprise platforms, ensure secure and compliant solutions, and mentor engineers to raise technical standards across divisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining technical strategy, architecture, or landscape for a significant business area or domain.
• Hands-on expertise in modern engineering practices, cloud platforms, data and integration patterns, APIs, security, and reliability.
• Experience as a technical advisor or design authority guiding teams through influence, not authority.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to shape technical direction and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the divisional technology strategy and a clear target-state architecture.
• Own the division’s technical landscape, standards, integration patterns and reference architectures.
