Job summary

Appnovation is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead the technical strategy and oversee architecture for a global division in New York. You will bridge business priorities with enterprise standards, providing hands-on guidance while aligning delivery with modern engineering practices and secure, scalable solutions.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive architectural decisions, and mentor delivery teams to accelerate impact.

Qualifications

Proven experience defining strategy and architecture for large domains.
Hands-on expertise in modern engineering practices, cloud, data and integration patterns.
Experience advising senior stakeholders and guiding teams through influence.
Experience with AI-enabled delivery and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain the division’s technical strategy and target architecture.
Own the division’s tech landscape and reference architectures.
Represent the division in Architecture Review Board and approve architecture requests.
Align divisional tech with enterprise platforms and standards.
Identify reusable patterns and delivery efficiencies for scalability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and delivery teams.
Define AI-enabled delivery approaches and governance.
Ensure reliability, security, and governance across the landscape.
