Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field; proven architecture/strategy experience.
• Proven track record defining technical strategy, architecture or landscape for a major business area.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in modern engineering practices, cloud platforms, data and integration patterns, APIs, security, and reliability.
• Experience as a technical advisor or design authority guiding teams through influence, not just authority.
• Experience partnering with business and digital stakeholders to shape technical direction and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain divisional technology strategy aligned to enterprise standards.
• Own the division’s technical landscape, target architecture and reference architectures.
• Represent the division in Architecture Review Board and approve or reject architecture requests.
• Ensure divisional needs map to enterprise platforms and shared capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for new technical standards, reusable patterns and delivery efficiencies.
• Partner with senior business and digital leaders as a trusted advisor on technical choices.
• Define how AI, automation and modern practices are applied to increase speed and quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Establish reliability, security, governance and observability across the division.
