MAXIMUS seeks a Sr. Technical Analyst for Child Support system modernization efforts. The role supports large-system implementations, providing technical analysis across the SDLC, developing key deliverables, and proactively addressing risks and issues.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, you may engage in QA or PM activities depending on project needs. The position requires independent work, strong documentation, and collaboration with project managers and clients to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Ability to communicate well with multiple clients and consultants.
• Knowledge of state and local governments.
• Experience supporting technical analysis, systems implementation, quality assurance, or project management on Child Support modernization projects.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical analysis across the system development lifecycle and develop high-value deliverables.
• Review and maintain technical and project documentation such as requirements, interface specifications, data mapping, and governance materials.
• Track project status, timelines, risks, and issues; expedite resolution.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and coordination with project staff and stakeholders.
• Identify risk areas and dependencies; support mitigation and resolution planning.
• Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc) for governance and client needs.
