Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Sr. Technical Analyst to support multiple Child Support system modernization efforts. The role involves independent work, technical analysis across the lifecycle, and producing high-value deliverables.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, you may support QA or project management engagements depending on project needs. Required are 7–10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Ability to communicate well with multiple clients and consultants.
• Knowledge of state and local governments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technical analysis across one or more Child Support system modernization engagements.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical and project documentation such as requirements, interface specs, data maps, and design inputs.
• Attend and lead client and internal project meetings to advance engagement goals.
• Identify risk areas, technical concerns, potential issues, and dependencies; support mitigation planning.
• Provide technical and subject matter support related to Child Support processes, systems, interfaces, testing activities, and modernization approaches.
• On QA-focused projects, plan and perform quality reviews of work products and testing artifacts.
