Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Sr. Technical Analyst to support Child Support modernization initiatives. The role involves independent analysis across the SDLC, preparing technical and project deliverables, and proactively addressing risks.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, you may work on QA or PMO engagements depending on project needs. You will collaborate with project staff and clients, manage relationships, and ensure adherence to contracts, budgets, and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis, systems implementation, QA, or PMO activities.
• Experience in Child Support programs or large government modernization projects is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with clients and consultants clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of modern software development and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis across the system development lifecycle.
• Develop and review technical design inputs, data mappings, and work plans.
• Track project deliverables, risks, and issues; prepare status reports.
• Coordinate with PMs, clients, and staff to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead or participate in client meetings, workshops, and technical sessions.
• Support QA and project governance activities as needed.
