Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Technical Analyst to support one or more Child Support system modernization projects.

The role involves independent technical analysis across the SDLC, development and review of high-value technical and project deliverables, and proactive risk management to support client decisions and project success. The position may align with quality assurance or project management engagements, reporting to a Senior Manager within a matrix-managed organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong ability to communicate with multiple clients and consultants.
Experience supporting technical analysis, systems implementation, quality assurance, or project management support on modernization projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and support technical analysis, planning, coordination, and execution across one or more Child Support modernization engagements.
Develop and review technical and project documentation (requirements, interface specs, data mapping, design inputs, work plans, status reports).
Attend and lead client and internal meetings; monitor progress, risks, and dependencies.
Provide recommendations to support client decision-making and project success.
Support QA focus or PMO governance activities depending on project needs.
