Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Sr. Technical Analyst to support one or more Child Support modernization projects. The role involves technical analysis across the SDLC, creating high-value deliverables, and addressing risks proactively.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, you may work on QA or PMO engagements depending on project needs. You will coordinate with project managers and client staff, manage documentation, and ensure alignment with contract requirements and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to communicate well with multiple clients and consultants.
• Knowledge of state and local governments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with one or more Child Support system modernization engagements.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical and project documentation.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation planning.
• Lead or support quality assurance activities and project governance.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Maximus project staff to track progress.
