Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Sr. Technical Analyst to support Child Support system modernization projects in a hybrid environment. The role involves independent work across the system development lifecycle, delivering high-value technical and project artifacts, and proactively addressing risks and issues.

You will report to a Senior Manager in a matrix organization. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong client-facing abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to communicate well with multiple clients and consultants.
• Strong understanding of government modernization projects or similar large-scale programs.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with some travel.
• Experience documenting technical requirements, interfaces, and PMO artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Complete cost allocation plans for assigned clients.
• Obtain contract renewals for multiple clients.
• Manage relationships with clients and project staff.
• Ensure delivery to specifications, on time and within budget.
• Track status and due dates of projects.
• Lead or support technical analysis across SDLC and modernization engagements.
• Develop and review technical and project deliverables.
