Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and 7–10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Child Support technology or modernization is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

Lead technical analysis and planning across one or more Child Support modernization engagements.
Develop and review technical requirements, interface specifications, data mappings, and design inputs.
Track risks, issues, and milestones; prepare governance materials and status reports.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and staff to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
Review work products for quality and alignment with contract requirements; support client decision-making.
