MAXIMUS seeks a Sr. Technical Analyst to support large Child Support modernization programs. The role involves independent work across SDLC, producing high-value deliverables, and proactively addressing risks with recommendations. Reports to a Senior Manager in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities include leading technical analysis, documenting requirements, data mappings, interface specs, and governance materials across engagements. Strong collaboration with clients and PMs is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting technical analysis, systems implementation, QA, PMO activities.
• 5+ years of experience in Child Support programs or modernization projects.
• Ability to communicate with multiple clients and consultants.

Responsabilités

• Complete cost allocation plans for assigned clients.
• Obtain contract renewals for multiple clients.
• Manage relationships with clients and project staff.
• Ensure project delivery to specifications, on time and within budget.
• Track status and due dates of projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to track progress.
