Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to support one or more Child Support system modernization projects. The role requires independent work, deep technical analysis, and the ability to produce high-value deliverables across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading technical activities, coordinating with project managers and clients, reviewing artifacts for quality, and mitigating risks. A Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience in technical analysis, systems implementation, QA, or PMO support on large modernization projects.
• Knowledge of state and local government processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis across the system development lifecycle.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical and project deliverables.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; propose mitigations.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to track progress.
• Review documentation for completeness, consistency, and quality.
• Support QA or PMO engagements as required.
