Job summary

Sprinklr is a leading AI-native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management. We seek a Sr. Accountant, Technical Accounting to research, document, and advise on complex accounting issues, review contracts for GAAP treatment, and participate in SEC reporting and close processes.

The role partners with Legal, FP&A, Revenue and Sales Operations to ensure compliant, accurate financials. 5–7 years in public company accounting and a BA in accounting/finance are required; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a public company accounting role or Big 4 audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience with US GAAP and SOX controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (NetSuite/Workiva).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during quarter-end close.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and document complex accounting conclusions.
• Prepare technical accounting position papers and memorandums.
• Review contracts for proper US GAAP accounting treatment.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Collaborate withLegal, FP&A, Revenue, and Sales Ops teams.
• Assist with SEC filings including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and Proxy.
• Identify improvements to processes and internal controls while SOX compliant.
