Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Sr. Accountant, Technical Accounting to support accounting research, contract review for GAAP treatment, and SEC reporting. This role partners with Legal, FP&A, Revenue, and Sales Operations to ensure SOX compliance and accurate financial close.

Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting, the candidate will help strengthen internal controls and improve reporting processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years total experience in a public company accounting role or Big 4 audit, or both.
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite in multi-currency, multi-subsidiary environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and document accounting conclusions for complex transactions.
• Prepare and maintain technical accounting position papers and memorandums.
• Review contracts to determine accounting treatment under US GAAP.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and SEC filings.
