Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong Excel, and familiarity with NetSuite, Adaptive, and related tools. Role requires collaboration with FP&A and auditing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MBA is not required; Bachelor's in accounting or related field is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive, Solution 7 or Office Connect preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting cycle across leases, rent shares, sublease income, fixed assets, and more.
• Conduct GAAP-based analysis and draft policies for auditors.
• Prepare and review financial statements and quarterly reports in GAAP.
• Maintain Adaptive and optimize financial reporting tools.
• Support FP&A with budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen internal controls.
