Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant for its SEC Reporting team in California. You will ensure accuracy of US GAAP financial statements and support quarterly and annual SEC filings. collaboration with auditors, finance, legal, and investor relations is essential.

You will monitor new accounting pronouncements, draft MD&A, and coordinate disclosures, including ESG. A CPA or Big 4/ Fortune 500 background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SEC filings and related disclosures for quarterly and annual reports.

• Maintain relationships with external auditors and support audits.
• Assist with ESG disclosures and other ad hoc reporting.
