Sprinklr is a leading AI-native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management. We seek a Sr. Accountant, Technical Accounting to research, document, and advise on complex accounting issues, review contracts for GAAP treatment, and participate in SEC reporting and close processes.
The role partners with Legal, FP&A, Revenue and Sales Operations to ensure compliant, accurate financials. 5–7 years in public company accounting and a BA in accounting/finance are required; CPA preferred.

The Sr. Accountant, Technical Accounting will support technical accounting research and documentation, review contracts to determine accounting treatment, and participate in SEC reporting and accounting close activities. This role will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to assess accounting implications and support compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements. The role reports to the Director, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting.

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE $83,000 - $138,000 The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job‑related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role. US‑based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well‑being, and financial protection.
