Sprinklr is seeking a Sr. Accountant, Technical Accounting to support accounting research, contract review for GAAP treatment, and SEC reporting. This role partners with Legal, FP&A, Revenue, and Sales Operations to ensure SOX compliance and accurate financial close.
Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting, the candidate will help strengthen internal controls and improve reporting processes in a fast-paced environment.

The Sr. Accountant, Technical Accounting will support technical accounting research and documentation , review contracts to determine accounting treatment , and participate in SEC reporting and accounting close activities. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to assess accounting implications and support compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements. The role reports to the Director , Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting .
