Job summary

Affirm, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager (L6) to own the operational health across its strategic alliance portfolio, monitor integrations, and ensure timely SLA delivery.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, perform in-depth investigations, and design custom integration solutions grounded in Affirm's standard capabilities, while mentoring teammates and expanding your book of accounts over time.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in a technical, external-facing role owning operational health and SLAs.
• RESTful APIs, webhooks, HTTP; hands-on with debugging/integration validation tools (Postman).
• Ability to read production code (HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Python) and diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Own operational health of affirm's strategic alliances—monitoring, triage, and SLA delivery.
• Lead investigations with root-cause analysis across logs and data sources.
• Drive cross-team initiatives and launched integrations that scale with merchant needs.
• Act as technical lead on projects and mentor less-experienced TAMs.
• Design, extend and tailor standard integrations for complex use cases.
