Job summary

Coralogix, inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager who speaks Spanish to join our remote team serving the US East Coast. You will lead onboarding, assist with integrations, and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure rapid time-to-value from our observability platform.

You will collaborate with engineers and executives, translate customer needs into product feedback, and drive successful deployments while building strong relationships with stakeholders across levels.

Qualifications

• Native level of Spanish and English.
• Background knowledge of DevOps / Cloud / Observability.
• Experience in customer-facing positions and excellent customer-facing skills.
• Hands-on experience in technical integrations and complex troubleshooting.
• Experience in SAAS B2B software companies is a plus.
• BSc degree in Computer Science / Engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process, from new integrations to artifacts creation, trainings and troubleshooting.
• Solve customer’s technical problems by adopting the platform and integrating data.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and business goals to create artifacts and deliver value.
• Know the Log Management / Observability markets well and advise on best practices.
• Build a successful game plan for each customer based on data analysis and needs.
• Establish relationships with technical counterparts to drive product adoption and roadmap influence.
