Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead onboarding for customers, ensuring rapid value and smooth adoption of our observability platform.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise in DevOps, cloud, and integrations, plus strong English/Spanish communication with customers and executives. You will bridge platform capabilities with real-world goals, shaping successful implementations and ongoing partnerships.

Qualifications

Native level Spanish and English.
Strong DevOps/Cloud/Observability technical background.
At least 2 years in customer-facing roles post-sale/delivery.
Hands-on experience with integrations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding process, from new integrations to trainings and troubleshooting.
Solve customers' technical problems by adopting the platform and integrating data.
Understand customers' technical requirements and goals to deliver value.
Know the Log Management/Observability markets well and share best practices.
Build a game plan for each customer based on data analysis and needs.
Establish relationships with technical counterparts to drive product adoption.
Advocate internally for customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
