Job summary

Coralogix in the United States is seeking an Onboarding Technical Account Manager to lead the technical onboarding for new customers. You will guide deployments, integrations, and artifact creation while ensuring quick time-to-value and strong adoption.

The role requires hands-on engineering, DevOps knowledge, and excellent communication in English and Spanish. You will collaborate with engineers and executives, shaping success plans and advocating customer needs within Coralogix.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, detail-oriented professional with strong technical background and customer-facing experience.
• Experience bridging platform tech with real-world customer goals.
• Strong preference for bilingual Spanish and English.
• Onboarding including integrations, artifacts, trainings, and troubleshooting.
• Background in DevOps / Cloud / Observability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process, from new integrations to trainings and troubleshooting.
• Solve customers' technical problems by adopting the platform and integrating data.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and business goals to deliver value.
• Know Log Management / Observability markets and advise best practices.
• Create a game plan for each customer based on data analysis and needs.
• Establish relationships with technical counterparts to drive product adoption.
• Advocate for customer needs within Coralogix and influence roadmap.
• Native level of Spanish and English; participate in cross-functional discussions.
