Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a hands-on Technical Account Manager in Dallas to lead onboarding, drive rapid time-to-value, and secure long-term customer success. You will bridge the platform with customer goals, manage complex implementations, and communicate product value across engineers to executives.

Candidates should have DevOps/cloud/observability background, strong English, and prefer Spanish-speaking capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, cloud, and observability environments.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and strong communication.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Spanish language skills are a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with technical integrations and troubleshooting.
• Degree in CS/Engineering preferred.
• Experience in SAAS B2B tech companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding process from new integrations to trainings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems by adopting the platform.
• Translate customer requirements into artifacts and value.
• Apply best practices in log management and observability to help customers.
• Develop data-driven game plans for customers.
• Engage with technical counterparts to drive product adoption.
• Advocate for customer needs within Coralogix and influence roadmap.
