Job summary

Coralogix is seeking an Onboarding Technical Account Manager in the United States. You will guide customers through onboarding, integrations, artifact creation, trainings, and troubleshooting to ensure rapid value realization.

Candidates with hands-on engineering or DevOps background, excellent English communication, and experience in SAAS B2B environments will thrive. Strong preference for Spanish-speaking candidates and executive-ready presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish and English required.
• Background in DevOps, Cloud, and Observability.
• Industry knowledge in Monitoring/Observability/Log Management.
• Hands-on integrations and complex troubleshooting.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for integrations, artifacts, trainings, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer technical challenges using the platform.
• Align technical requirements with business goals to deliver value.
• Advise on best practices in Log Management and Observability.
• Engage with engineers to executives to drive adoption and roadmap influence.
