Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to connect technical product offerings with customer needs. The TAM will leverage deep knowledge in the paper industry to advise key accounts and ensure solutions meet operational challenges.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience with paper and pulps specialty chemical solutions, along with strong technical and customer service skills. The position supports a collaborative approach working closely with sales, R&D, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience with Paper and Pulp specialty chemical solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Ability to solve customers’ technical challenges.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for paper mill accounts.
• Offer strategic advice and best practices for product implementation.
• Address complex product-related queries quickly.
• Educate customers on new features and best practices.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of DuBois’ chemical solutions.
