Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT customer account management, managed services, or project management.
• Experience coordinating large, remote teams and multiple complex projects.
• Ability to assimilate information quickly and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience delivering trusted advisor level service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support and service accounts with focus on customer retention.
• Ensure service levels are met or exceeded in managed services.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and value.
• Direct the work of the customer’s technical resources.
