Job summary

Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking a leader to build and run a brand-new Technical Account Management function for enterprise customers. You will own technical relationships, troubleshoot APIs and data migrations, and collaborate with Engineering, Professional Services and Customer Success to deliver complex integrations.

Ideally you bring TAM, Solutions Engineer, or PS experience, with strong API and enterprise SaaS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience as a TAM, Solutions Engineer or in Professional Services.
• Strong API, integration and enterprise SaaS knowledge.
• SQL and C++ experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationships with enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot APIs, integrations and data migration.
• Partner with Engineering, Professional Services & Customer Success.
• Support complex customer projects and custom integrations.
• Shape a brand-new post-sales technical function.
