Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to plan and execute strategies that drive customer adoption of the Wiz platform. You will provide strategic and technical guidance from onboarding through renewal and expansion.

As a bridge between customers and Wiz, you’ll coordinate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support to deliver a cohesive experience and ensure measurable value for security and compliance objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, ideally supporting a cloud/security product.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or similar.
• Ability to navigate nebulous responsibilities while contributing to TAM motion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor throughout the customer Wiz journey.
• Guide deployment, configuration, and operationalization with best practices.
• Act as primary technical contact via email, meetings, Slack, and support tickets.
• Drive adoption, value realization, and customer satisfaction across the book of business.
