Job summary

This hybrid role leads a global team focused on detecting and preventing threats in cloud environments, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, and scaling to millions of requests per second.

You will drive architectural strategy, recruit top engineers, and partner across product management and R&D to advance proactive protection capabilities for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in software engineering with cloud security focus.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineers across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers building and optimizing the core pipeline that protects cloud workloads, containers, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Drive roadmap and technical strategy, hiring and mentoring a distributed team.
• Architect scalable enterprise-grade solutions handling thousands to millions of requests per second.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to align capabilities with customer needs.
• Ensure validation processes for proactive detections and automated workflows.
