Job summary

RiverMeadow is seeking an experienced TAM to serve as the technical owner for a portfolio of key customers and partners. The role blends engineering depth with account management and PMO-style coordination.

You will own Level 3 escalations, investigate migrations, coordinate across Support, MMS Delivery, and Engineering, and drive onboarding and enablement for accounts. Flexibility across time zones and after-hours support is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years delivering infrastructure or cloud projects with customer-facing responsibility.
• Strong migration and cloud fundamentals across AWS/Azure/GCP and private cloud.
• Solid Linux/Windows Server, networking, and virtualization troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive audiences.
• Ability to work across regional time zones with occasional after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the named technical point of contact for key customers and partners.
• Own Level 3 escalations - deep technical investigation of migrations and platform issues.
• Coordinate resolution across Support, Delivery, and Engineering.
• Provide light project management for account activities.
• Lead technical onboarding and enablement for accounts.
• Advocate for accounts and surface recurring issues to product and delivery teams.
• Support planned migration and cutover events, including after-hours coverage.
