Job summary

Nutanix is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders for large-scale customers. You will lead health checks, lifecycle planning, and cross-functional initiatives to optimize Nutanix deployments.

You will travel as needed to support critical engagements. The role emphasizes customer advocacy, strong communication, and operational excellence within a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles ( TAM, Support Engineer, or similar ).
• Proven experience supporting large enterprise, strategic, or government customers with complex environments.
• Deep expertise in at least one domain: virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, networking, data protection, or distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of customer priorities and IT initiatives.
• Lead strategic operational reviews and health checks.
• Lead lifecycle planning including upgrades, capacity planning, and platform standardization.
• Identify risks and coordinate cross-functional action plans.
• Coordinate critical customer escalations with clear ownership and executive comms.
