Job summary

Nutanix is seeking a Technical Account Manager who will act as a technical advisor and customer advocate in a primarily remote role. You will collaborate across Support, Services, Education Services, and Sales to optimize customer experience and accelerate value from Nutanix investments in large-scale environments.

You will develop deep understanding of customer priorities, lead operational reviews, plan software upgrades and capacity, and coordinate cross-functional actions to mitigate risks

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles for large enterprises or government customers.
• Deep expertise in virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, networking, or distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of data-center infrastructure and IT operations.
• US citizenship and residency in continental US.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead strategic operational reviews and lifecycle planning for customer environments.
• Coordinate critical escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on capacity planning, upgrades, and architectural modernization.
