Job summary

Dataiku is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with strategic clients, guiding deployment, operation, and governance of the Dataiku platform. The role requires deep technical acumen, strong client interaction skills, and hands-on experience across cloud, container, and big data ecosystems.

You will collaborate with Success and engineering teams to align priorities, document best practices, and drive scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role.
• Comfort and confidence in client-facing interactions.
• Ability to work both pre and post sale.
• Strong Linux system administration experience including networking.
• Experience with authentication and authorization systems like LDAP, Kerberos, AD, and IAM.
• Hands-on experience with cloud based services like AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Hands-on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem for setup, administration, troubleshooting and tuning.
• Experience with the Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystem for setup, administration, troubleshooting and tuning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success and clients to identify priorities and define engagement plans.
• Manage milestones with CS Manager and client, provide status updates, mitigate risks.
• Centralize client technical information and contribute to account strategy.
• Contribute to growth and scalability of Field Engineering via documentation and process improvements.
• Serve as primary technical advisor to customers on platform architecture and operations.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting Dataiku deployment within their systems.
• Ensure feature requests are captured and communicated to product/R&D.
• Advise client tech leaders on new companion technologies and strategies.
• Support innovative Dataiku approaches such as edge computing and advanced MLOps.
