Dataiku is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to lead strategic, high-impact client engagements across a small portfolio. You will serve as a technical advisor, own the client relationship, and partner with Customer Success to drive platform adoption, governance, and scalable operations.

This remote US national role demands 7+ years in customer-facing tech roles, deep Linux, cloud, and Kubernetes expertise, with a focus on Dataiku architecture, ML-Ops, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role.
• Strong Linux system administration experience including networking.
• Experience with authentication and authorization systems like LDAP, Kerberos, AD, and IAM.
• Hands-on experience with cloud based services like AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Hands-on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem for setup, administration, troubleshooting and tuning.
• Experience with the Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystem for setup, administration, troubleshooting and tuning.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Customer Success team and customers to jointly identify near and longer-term priorities and define the engagement plan.
• Manage milestones with Customer Success Manager and customer and contribute to deliverables, providing status updates and mitigating issues.
• Centralize the technical information about clients and contribute to account strategy with the team.
• Support growth and scalability of the Field Engineering team through documentation and process optimization.
• Provide hands-on guidance on Dataiku platform architecture, operations, security, data management, compute resources, ML-Ops, monitoring, etc.
• Help clients troubleshoot the implementation of the product within their systems.
• Advise client tech leaders on choices around new companion technologies and tech strategies around Dataiku.
• Support innovative approaches around Dataiku (edge computing, deep learning, advanced MLOps).
