Job summary

Dataiku is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager who will work with strategic clients to deploy and govern the Dataiku platform across environments. You will guide architecture, security, and data management, and collaborate with success teams to shape engagement plans.

This role emphasizes strong Linux, cloud, Kubernetes, and ML Ops skills. You will work remotely within the United States, interacting with client CTOs and admin teams, while contributing to scalable field engineering

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role.
• Strong Linux system administration experience including networking.
• Hands-on experience with cloud based services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Hadoop and Spark ecosystems.
• Familiarity with authentication systems (LDAP, Kerberos, AD, IAM).
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java and ML Ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical advisor to clients, guiding deployment, upgrades, security, and data management.
• Collaborate with Success team to define engagement plans and manage milestones.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to scalable processes within the team.
• Assist clients in optimizing Dataiku platform usage and compute resources.
• Support feature requests and advise on tech strategy with client leads.
