Job summary

Dataiku is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a highly experienced client-facing architect guiding a strategic set of customers. You will own engagement plans, drive milestones with the Customer Success team, and be the technical bridge between clients and Dataiku’s product and R&D teams.

You will advise on Dataiku platform architecture, security, compute resources, and ML-Ops while helping customers scale solutions across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer facing technical role.
• Experience with authentication and authorization systems like LDAP, Kerberos, AD, and IAM.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based services like AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Hands-on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem for setup, administration, troubleshooting and tuning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify priorities and define an engagement plan.
• Manage milestones with Customer Success Manager and customers and provide status updates.
• Centralize technical information about clients and contribute to account strategy.
• Contribute to the growth and scalability of the Field Engineering team through documentation and process optimization.
• Provide hands-on guidance on Dataiku platform architecture, operations, security, data management, and ML-Ops.
• Help clients troubleshoot product implementation within their systems.
• Record and communicate feature requests to product and R&D.
• Advise clients on technology choices and Dataiku strategy.
• Support innovative approaches around Dataiku (edge computing, deep learning, ML-Ops).
