Job summary

Axiom currently seeks an experienced attorney to support a leading technology client with a practice split evenly between real estate transactional matters and procurement matters related to real estate. You will negotiate and draft real estate agreements, procurement agreements for real estate projects, and advise on a broad range of real estate and supplier contracts.

This role requires 10+ years, California Bar admission, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in real estate or transactional law.
• Active California Bar member.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft office and retail leases and purchase and sale agreements in the United States and beyond.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams across departments on real estate transactions.
• Advise on land use, governmental approvals, and permits, and real estate-related litigation.
• Draft construction, architect, professional services, and goods and services supply agreements; write Statements of Work.
• Counsel on supplier contracts and related issues.
