Job summary

Evolvers is seeking experienced Senior Technology Trainers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs across technology platforms. The role emphasizes instructor-led training, digital learning content, and thorough technical documentation for both proprietary and commercial software.

You will design training sessions, develop materials, and partner with stakeholders to tailor content to audience needs.

Qualifications

• Deliver engaging training using adult learning principles.
• Experience with instructor-led training (ILT) for technical audiences.
• Content development: instructional content, quick reference guides, web-based content, video-based modules.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions (virtual and/or in-person).
• Develop training materials, including training videos and e-learning modules.
• Create instructional content for software applications (e.g., Microsoft tools, proprietary systems).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and align delivery.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate progress with project leadership.
• Manage multiple training initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
