Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Senior Technology Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs for a range of software applications, including proprietary systems and commercial tools. This role emphasizes instructor-led delivery, digital learning solutions, and clear instructional design.

The candidate will create manuals, quick reference guides, video content, and web-based training materials, while coordinating with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure timely, effective training

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instructor-led training (in-person and/or virtual).
• Strong background in adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience creating training content for commercial and proprietary software.
• Proficiency with training development tools such as Camtasia, Articulate 360, Vyond, or similar.
• Experience managing training projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver instructor-led training sessions for commercial and proprietary software applications.
• Design and create engaging learning materials including manuals, guides, and presentations.
• Develop video-based and interactive training content.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure training relevance.
• Provide regular updates on training plans and outcomes.
