Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking a Technology Instructor (Mid or Senior) to transform complex server, network, and platform tech into clear learning experiences. You will design, develop, and deliver instructor‑led and blended training for enterprise IT environments, coordinating with engineering, technical writing, and program teams.

This role requires deep instructional design skills, hands‑on expertise in Windows and Linux, and ability to guide learners from task analysis through course

Qualifications

• At least 12 years in technical training, instruction, or tech education for enterprise IT environments.
• 5+ years in instructional systems design or curriculum development.
• Experience creating training solutions for enterprise IT, networking, server administration.
• Knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux administration.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training using multiple platforms.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor‑led and blended learning solutions.
• Create training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training with varied instructional methods.
• Analyze engineering docs to identify training needs and gaps.
• Develop lesson plans, guides, labs, assessments, and job aids.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report metrics.
• Support course validation, pilots, and content updates.
• Maintain instructional documentation and WCI products.
• Coordinate with engineering and program teams on development work.
