Job summary

Quality Vision International seeks a Technical Training Specialist to develop and administer service training for internal and external providers and customers in Rochester, NY. The role focuses on curricula, delivery methods, and continuous improvement of training programs.

You will organize content, coordinate experts, and deliver hands-on and theory-based sessions, with travel as needed to meet customer and rep requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, Industrial Technology, Education, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3-5 years in technical service, field service, or related environment.
• Experience delivering technical training and developing instructional materials.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a standard service curriculum for OGP training offerings.
• Develop module-based, technology-driven training content.
• Organize training content and coordinate subject matter experts.
• Administer classes, schedule resources, and manage assessments.
• Provide certification records and maintain training documentation.
• Travel occasionally to deliver training as needed.
