Go.AI is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to craft training pathways for both internal teams and external clients, focusing on SaaS product education.

You will translate complex tech content into engaging materials, deliver live trainings (in-person and virtual), and continuously refine content based on feedback and product updates.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of instructional design and training program development in client-facing SaaS/tech.
• Degree in education, organizational development, IT, business, communications, or related field.
• Strong SaaS product knowledge and ability to learn software/hardware quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in education, organizational development, information technology, business, communications, or equivalent project experience


• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and training program development in a client-facing, SaaS, or technology environment


• Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to learn new software and hardware systems quickly


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences


• Strong writing skills and attention to detail


• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
