Basis is building production-grade agents in NYC and is rapidly growing. We’re seeking a recruiter to partner with our Head of Talent to source and manage the candidate pipeline across the company, helping us scale our teams from seed to later stages.

The ideal candidate has 1–6 years in recruiting for tech startups or agencies in NYC, superb verbal and written abilities, and a genuine interest in people and AI. This role is in-office in NYC with a culture that values curiosity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of recruiting experience, within a seed or Series A/B company or a recruiting agency focusing on tech startups in NYC.
• Superb verbal & written abilities.
• Passionate about both people & AI.
• Deeply curious about everything.
• Quick learner.
