Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Tech TA Specialist based in Germany to own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles, defining candidate profiles and building effective recruitment strategies.

You will recruit across backend, frontend, QA, infrastructure, data, and product disciplines, assess technical depth, and maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS within a fast-moving scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, in-house technical recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of recruiting engineers and technical professionals.
• Strong technical literacy to discuss distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI tooling.
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, closing.
• High hiring judgment with ability to evaluate technical and behavioral indicators.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate-engagement skills for senior talent.
• Data-driven, funnel metrics mindset; proactive process improvement.
• Highly autonomous with strong ownership and action bias.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; English fluency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and product positions, from sourcing to closing.
• Proactively source and engage senior technical talent across backend, frontend, QA, infrastructure, data, and product.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define workforce needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies and maintain pipelines for current and future hires.
• Screen candidates for technical depth, problem-solving, and behavioral signals.
• Run structured interview processes with a high-quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring teams to ensure consistent assessment standards and timely decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment data in the ATS.
• Provide insights into hiring progress, pipeline health, and market trends.
