vCluster Labs is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Technical to architect our engineering capability across Europe. You will partner with Engineering and Product leadership as one of our first TA hires on the ground in Europe.

Based in Germany, you will own full-cycle recruiting for software and platform roles, build pipelines in open source communities, and drive data‑driven decisions while delivering a fast, candidate‑friendly experience across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Experience hiring for Software Eng, DevOps, Platform, and Product in high-growth tech startups.
• Ability to recruit across Europe and collaborate with US teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Technical roles globally.
• Serve as the first Europe-based technical recruiter and build regional practices.
• Proactively source passive talent from open source, Kubernetes, and developer tool markets.
• Champion a structured interview process with data-driven decisions.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience with fast, clear communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and closing strategies.
